Your First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of our team reviewing your dental concerns, as well as your dental and medical history.

We will conduct a thorough oral examination including taking the necessary x-rays, photographs, and periodontal measurements. All findings will be used to create a personalized treatment plan. We will go over any needed treatment and answer your questions.

Prior to your appointment, please have your previous dentist, orthodontist, oral surgeon, or periodontist email us your current x-rays. The x-rays can be sent to the following

If you have dental benefits, we ask that you provide this information BEFORE your appointment.
This allows us to provide you with the treatment estimate the day of your exam. Also, please bring your
dental benefit card to your first appointment.

You will be responsible for the amount your insurance company does not cover.

Please understand that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We do our best to provide you

with timely information regarding the cost of treatment, but you are ultimately responsible for all services provided by us.

Financial Policy

We strive to make treatment affordable by keeping our fees reasonable without compromising excellent care.

If you do not have insurance, payment for treatment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well

as checks. If you have questions or concerns regarding the cost of treatment, please ask our front office staff. We are happy to discuss with you the cost of treatment and various options for payment.
